★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It' not recommended. The fees is expensive and it stopped our song when the time out. For other ktv normally will let customer to finish up the last song then only cut the song. RM 5.20 for one mineral water, wht the fxxx is this! End up it gave me a very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best KTV System and sound system i experienced at this family KTV. Latest ktv system with the A.I function. First, all room is Fully use projector even small room which my eye wont feel tired even sings 3 hours. Second, Their apps very easy use and many devices can use at one time. So we can just sit on sofa to select songs we need. Third If we tired use app, i also can use Voice Command to select songs. Wau is fantastic. Forth We sit at their gathering room which is very special. By sitting face to face so we easy to chat and a small stage with stand mic . Standing at stage feel like open concert. Fifth, Snack food is good, i like their Fries, chicken popcorn and Special Chicken Feet( First time ever got chicken Feet sell at ktv).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficient room layout and song picking system. A small room for 4pax cost RM93++ with two mics. Room was quite smelly. Drinks provided are very basic. We are allowed to order food from the Mok Mok restaurant downstairs. Two staffs came to take order but did not pay attention to our request (no beef) at all. Could understand why it is the only KTV left available for booking on a public holiday.
