- Staff service attitude is too bad ( that counter staff tell me that if you dont want to sing then just leave ! WHAT THE ... ? )
- Room is too small ( louderSpeaker / superstar KTV is better ) and abit dirty
- Song picker monitor is too old and not user friendly at all
- Speaker & mic quality is too bad ( just like bee it keep buzzzzzzzzz, how to sing like this ? )
- price is not reasonable if compare with LoaderSpeaker and Superstar KTV ( in term of not-refillable drink, room quality, monitor technology and user experience, speaker quality, and staff attitude )
My final advice, please learn from LouderSpeaker / Superstar KTV ...
