★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cemetery has been here since before Japanese occupation in Malaya. It is located just the boarder between Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
But since the outspread of pandemic covid-19, this cemetery has now almost fully occupied. This is because some deceased from other places has been buried here. Even the footpath for visitors is also has being utilised for the burial purposes.
The former Federal Territory Minister YM Raja Nong Cik b Raja Zainal Abidin has kindly allocated some additional land for the cemetery, but it is now already fully utilised.
Due to the urgency, The Member Parliment of Lembah Pantai; YB Fahmi Fadzil has highlighted the matter to the Local Authority and the Religious Department JAWI. They have a discussion with the Masjid Jamek Al-khadijah and the land owner nearby, IJM Land which was represented by Amona Sdn Bhd.
But until now, 16 Disember 2021, the matter has yet to be overcomed ASAP.
