The service are very bad. They push me just because the staff open the chiller for me to choose the flower. Instead of saying nicely to ur customer to choose first, then can open the chiller, you have to push your customer?HELLO?? YOUR STAFF YANG OPEN KAN CHILLER FOR ME! Even i ask the price, The first lady said RM2 for 1 flower, Then at the cashier,the next lady said 2.50. Ohh so sudden meh? Seriously, not recommended! Thats not how u treat your customer as i myself working in retail line! Boo!

β β β β β Due to covid pandemic, our family couldnβt fly back to attend the funeral however Mutiara Florist handles my order smoothly. Iβm very pleased with their excellent service and they handle it very professionally. They will send photos for us to check if everything is in order before sending to the location. Even after sending to the location, they will snap photos to reassure you again that your flowers have been sent to the right location. Thank you Mutiara Florist for handling my order swiftly. High recommended!! Excellent service. ??????
