★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service attitude. Lady who answered wanted medical report. I told her I can provide potential client's details of illness but she insisted on report and want to have medical check. This is not a free nursing home and as such I think all the protocols are unnecessary. Furthermore, she mentioned price starts from RM1,700. This is certainly exorbitant because the photo of home looks rundown and what more with this woman's probing
