β β β β β Awful developer abusing the established name of parent company. Had prized and strategic locations which they developed into residential areas at grossly inflated prices but the quality of the houses and the materials used were just slightly above the 'skim perumahan rakyat' standards. Really shameful with the then CEO Dato' G at the helm. Lightings & wiring were fixed not in line and not even straight in living rooms & bedrooms - goes to show the kind of subcontractors employed to do the job for them. If they're proud as developers as they proudly claim to be, they're just a bunch of liars. If they weren't bestowed with lands courtesy of LTAT, they're just a bunch of cowboys
