★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time. I was cheated while doing transaction on 03/11/2021. Top up TnG RM50 by paying cash. Then realised that the balance in my card is shorter than it should be (passing toll gate). I checked on the receipt again n found out there are two receipts of RM20 each. So the total amount topped up was only RM40, when i clearly mentioned to top up RM50 twice, with all the hand gesture as well. And the balance of RM10 was not returned at all. Big issue of trust and honesty here as this is not the first time I experienced bad transaction. (In my first bad transaction i confronted the cashier and argue some more, but I stopped not to make it worse). It was my mistake that I didn't check the receipt right after the transaction after the first experience. Total dealings i made at the station were thrice, and i think that's all i need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly petro pump SERVICES. RON95 only 2 functioning the rest are shown sedang dibaiki since last year. This petrol pump is are center of main road at BBU so almost car are here to pump but this station got poorly service and make customer for waiting other cars finish to refuel especially for RON 95 user. Hopefully the petroL station give a good services for next time. One more, BECAREFUL for cashier at counter, theY sometimes didn't know the promotion price of product inside the shop and will charge with normally price.
