The water pressure is way too low most of the time, especially during times when most residents are in their homes. Management confirmed that its a design flaw of the 29th, 28th and 27th floors, and unlikely that the low water pressure of these 3 floors will be addressed. So renters beware.
Most residents are foreign students in Cyberjaya. Its common for the elevators to reek of cigarette smoke and don't be surprised to see small dogs even though pets are not allowed.
Security are quite loose, resident vehicles don't need stickers and non-resident visitors often takes the parking space of residents in that car park.
On the upside, the gym isn't crowded, partly because most of the gym equipment are broken. The swimming pool is quite nice, but not cleaned often enough.
The management is a joke. So many gates around the Mutiara compound but only one is operational so the everyone will have to go through traffic across Gem-In Mall and queue in the guardhouse as the entrance and exit for the residents and visitors is the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to rent here, choose tower J. Its new and its the highest tower. Choose unit facing pool coz the hot evening sun doesn't get thru your unit. Take a higher unit and your everyday will always be cool and windy. Loving my stay here.
