He responded fast to queries and was able to diagnose the problem (had to replace pump as steam was not coming out) and fix my iron in a few hours. Sent it in the afternoon and collected it back in the evening. Price was reasonable too, comes with 3 months warranty. Well versed in his trade, comes highly recommended ??????
