โ โ โ โ โ went there for eye line embroidery, turned out to be a disaster. the lady named Yoyo did my embroidery rub my under eyes like rubbing wok tho i ask her do it gently. After done i noticed my under eyes became very sensitive and dry, sometimes feel itchy, not sure from the numbing cream or the way she rub? Few days later went back to seek for advice but all ignored me, saying that lady not around and gave me a small container of vaseline ask me to apply will cure. Applied for weeks nothing change and went back to them still, none of them willing to assist, unwilling to provide me their person in charge/ employer contact, called Yoyo several times as she was at another outlet but being blocked. Ended up i need to go consult skin specialist and now my eyes area especially under eyes is like 10years older than my face! Such irresponsible behaviour making people mad, visit their outlet at your own risk!

โ โ โ โ โ Their eyebrow embroidery is a failure and a fraud. I booked their fave voucher for rm200 last year Dec, then they told me need to add on rm450 for premium color so that it won't fade till like those reddish eyebrows as the old times, however after less than 1 year, the color has faded till reddish and just won't come off. What for I topped up rm250? I tried asking their customer service as they hired some embroidery artist from somewhere else, my first embroidery appt was a lady embroidery artist who drew a super fake 8d eyebrow for me which was uneven too, then when I went for touch up, another guy embroidery artist did the mist eyebrow for me just to cover up the fake eyebrow strokes that the first embroidery artist did, so I did not know which of them used the old times ink and not the premium ink on me, and now when I asked about it, they did not even want to reply my messages nor pick up my call. ็ๆฏ่ฑ้ฑไนฐๆฅ็ๆ่ฎญ ใๆ ่ฏๅๅฎถใ

โ โ โ โ โ This shop having fews issue on the customer service, first of all I been forced to like their Facebook page and give 5 star review, secondly I been forced to sign package, they will recommend a fews service with price range from high to low, you can't leave unless you sign and to be honest I don't even felt like going my last session because of their hard selling attitude make me sick

โ โ โ โ โ Not professional and not responsible. Using the low grade of product, though the staff ask us for top up money for upgrade the *so call good quality ink*. The end result was a nightmare. Eyebrows turn red n itchy. My case was exactly like below customer review. This is a blackshop, pls avoid spending any cost here at ur own risk.

Try to make my next appointment, call many time for appointment, but the girl Yoyo always giving excuses said appointment is full or beautician busy/ on leave. Pushing customer sign up the package, collect money alr, but do not provide service. Is this a Scram? ๆ ่ฏๅๅฎถ Make people frustrated for calling so many without giving any firm answer
