β β β β β Poor maintenance of the room is the main cause of the low rating. Poor staffs services mainly due to at night the counter will always full of one particular race. Not being racist but the management really need to review again to let them run night shift. Staff is not cooperating with supervisor and always need to shout to get things done

Management should look into the room condition & get it fix 1st. Not recommended.
