★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service, since I reported to get exchange of faulty lipstick on 17 Sep and it’s now 2 months they still haven’t get it replace, keep saying working on it and I have to wait and nothing else three can do. Seriously 2 months they cannot replace a lipstick. It’s crazy slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think everyone sleeping tightly there..Even no reply for the emails and keep forwarding emails.The sad part is the relevant department still doesn’t know which product is genuine..Better send them to training and also polish them on standard operating procedures for emails.Many thanks!
