โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service... I already informed the hotel that I'll be late... And when i arrive at the hotel... They not open the gate and i call them so many time n didn't pick up the call... End up, i need to find another hotel in the mid night... Poor service... Not recommended...

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place to stay in Kota Bharu. Stuff are very helpful. Hotel is situated very close to city centre and main food pleases. Also hotel have good places to hangout

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place to stay, friendly owner! Beds are comfy and there are some spots to sit and relax. Very close to the city center and night market, all within walking distance.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is very helpful. They helped me solve some problems i had. Place is well located close to the central bus station. The internet sometimes is fussy and doesnt work as it should - apart from that good value for money! Plus for kitchen and fridge.

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: OK G/H for the price... we were made welcome... shown the room and facilities..... very basic for city centre. We were able to access the free breakfast (coffee and toast) at 5am when we had to leave early . Plenty of restaurants in the area, from local food to KFC/Pizza Hut/Subway.

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: Owner very friendly & happy to help with any suggestions.. Negative: Cleanness: ok for common space, but not clean in the room. The floor was ok, but many dust-pieces on walls & ceiling - cleaned this on my own. Fan also full of dust, no chance to get it clean easily so didn't use it... (I'm really not picky!) Also small ants continuously running through the room, at least not over the bed. As others mentioned: it's a "lived" house. It is really about time to replace/renovate some things....
