★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy maid service. Didn't know what to do at all. She vacuumed my 150sqft hall in 10 mins. For RM 20 per hour you would expect better service. When I complained to Low he didn't even remember me Not to say I booked 1 week earlier just the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked 2 maids.. charged Rm 200 per maid from 10.30 till 5.30. I had no choice to book. yet only one was doing the cleaning properly.. another one.. not trained and its been more than 6 months she cleaning the house as per the owner said. When i provide the feedback on this. The owner such a money minded and ignored for what i said. I will never suggest this agent for cleaning service to anyone.. such a poor service provided yet not even a sorry from the owner.. better just close down rather cheating like this. 2 star for the maid cleaned well and 0 star for the owner. Not even worth to run this cleaning service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised when the owner of the company called me to apologise for a previous job that was not satisfactory. He offered to send a new team to clean up my house. They came today and did a thorough job. I am very pleased with the work. But I am more pleased that the owner is an honest man who wants to deliver value to his clients. I shall use their services again if needed and I recommend MySweeper to others too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services. Book 1 time for my mum's house, the foreign maid could not enter the residential area because they did not bring the work permit. Then, I need to cover the transportation cost for the maid RM40. As employer, they should know that they need to bring the work permit if they are hiring foreign worker. Request to change the slot but they could not provide so.
Book 2nd time, I request for my home for evening slot. But they booked morning slot. Since nobody at home, I need to make cancellation and have to pay the transportation cost RM100 for 2 maids. And then poor communication from the boss in requesting us to pay.
Although I have bad experience with their services before this like the maid was not properly doing their job and the maid could not complete the cleaning because she was not feeling well, but I still could tolerate on that matter. But since the company charged us without providing the services, I think it is too much.
