★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my phone here and followed up if my phone can be fixed today as there is no news on the phone, botak repair man/boy was rude by my concern about my phone and ask to take the phone if i could not wait. Fed up with the attitude, went to take back the phone and confronted the ill-mannered people with a taste of their medicine. "manager/owner" tried to intimidate me with his death stare! I "DIED" laughing reflecting that moment! unforgettable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there to replaced my iphone 7 battery...recommended a china brand "chao dian sia" which d sales lady claimed it's good n used by their technicians...got problem after 2 days with auto shut down with n reason, went there again and supposedly rectified but same problem happened. Decided to change it in another shop, and so far no problem. Went to the shop for exchange since refund is probably not happening, but rejected with 1001 excuses plus greeted by a super rude technician ...guess its time to complain to domestic trade instead..
