Share wrong information on the promotion at first place and when going to confirm purchase then only highlighted that the promotion info was given wrongly. Limited authorities to the frontliner in-charge, lack of knowledge and experience to handling difficult situation. No attractive offers eg. free gift give away to customers who may spend more. Was not satisfied and gained a bad experience in first time visit there. However, the price is reasonable and acceptable for certain items but not for all.
