★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience in Kuala Lumpur! The adventure was just top notch from A to Z! The team was very responsive and helpful in planning out the flight for me and my partner. The journey of the experience itself is amazing! From arriving at the location, driving in, breakfast, taking off, flying, landing, toast ceremony till certificate presentation. All details was just worth for what you paid for.
Thanks to their efficient and fun team, the pilot and the ground crew for doing a good job. Just can’t help but to recommend this unique experience to others if you’re looking for something special to do for your occasion.
If you’re reading this then you should give it a go. Do it in during your special moments, anniversaries, birthdays etc. Would be a great memory for you definitely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a fantastic flight with the team. Not only did were they polite, friendly and super duper warm to us, they also figured out all parts of the experience.
First class hospitality all the way. They gave super clear instructions and guided us along the way. Was as excited as us in answering all our questions and queries.
Such a happy and friendly team.
We flew with Izzati. Such a good sport. Made our entire experience even more fun with jer amazing photography skills.
Now here is something I must add, I booked the ride for my wife's birthday. They went the extra mile by getting her a small cake (and surprised her during landing) which I had no idea about! These kind of things which make me really appreciate a service provider.
They didn't have to do this and it was not part of the package BUT they did! Kudos guys. Keep up the good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly staff! From the very start the staff were very efficient to help us organise the flight, take photographs and were always available to assist and make sure the whole experience went smoothly.
We loved our adventure. What an amazing view! There were even cows, deer and parrots to spot. I highly recommend this to friends. It is safe and lots of fun for even small kids. The picnic after landing in the green fields was another unique experience on top of the balloon ride. Perfect for celebrating a birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extended birthday celebration on hot air balloon. It was my first flight and indeed a lovely experience with my children ? I got to watch the balloon preparation and pack up. All the crews were fantastic. We also had sparkling water to change with champagne as a symbolic of safe landing. Thanks for the surprise birthday celebration. The chocolate cake is so delicious. The whole thing was very nice, maybe one day I will repeat again.
