I've been their loyal customer for years. As a reasonable customer, I don't expect goods to be in a perfect condition given the long journey from China. Besides, I understand that more often than not, items do break because sellers don't package them well. I'm sure everyone knows what a Yoga mat is unless one lives in a cave (or works in their company). The seller shipped the mat in a durable plastic gunny sack. The mat is made of a rubber-/foam-liked material. It can be bent and it will return to its normal shape and form when the force is removed. I suppose their employee in China warehouse was being thoughtful to save me a ringgit or two. He bent the over-sized mat into a "U" shape and squeezed it into a smaller box with other items. The RM70 mat is now permanently DEFORMED. Apart from the loss of hard-earned money, I have to deal with an unhappy wife. I reached out to their Customer Service expecting at least a sincere apology and promise to do better next time. What motivates me to leave a bad review is their objectivity. It doesn't require a rocket scientist to know that the mat deformed because it was bent and squeezed into a smaller box. One just needs to have some common sense. It's clearly their fault but the easy way out for them is simply pushing the blame to the seller regardless of the situation. Their "f*** off, you're just a negligible customer" attitude has no place in the modern day online shopping experience.

First time using it because I saw the sea freight is very cheap if go to their warehouse to take. It is RM3/kg. When u place order, u can choose whether to remove the outer package or not and it is free of charge. I 1/6 placed order and I received it on 19/6. It was considered fast compare to other company. The item was good in condition (I chose not to remove outer package). Next time will try how is the condition of my goods if I remove the outer packages.

I use their service for more than 5 years. And for now, I definitely going to quit using their service. They have stole my parcels for more than THREE TIMES, and in the end also push the problem and blame the problem to us never remarks down when we take pick up the parcel. Hello! One big box contains at least more than 10 parcels, and sometime I bulk shipping for more than 10boxes thing. Now tell me I need to remark down what is missing ON THE SPOT when I received the parcel. If anyone want to use their services in the future, please think twice, don’t only regret after that. There are tons of option of logistics company out there that you can select, but for this company, definitely going to be the last option in the world. Sincerely from my heart, I wish this company bankrupt soon. All the best.

Service very bad and no responsibility for customer parcel. When you facing the problem they will push back to you. Delivery got a lot of problem sometimes missing few item or parcel/item brokers. Cannot claim how ever your items spoil all during the delivery. We pay for delivery service but we got this attitude. We doing business not for self using all the item. Spoil few item every time then How much you want me keep loosing the money again and agains for your delivery service? What is your company mission for the customer?

Using this mybest over 3 years, getting dissapointed until now i decided to quit for a better logictic that can secure my shipping. - Yes, the sea frieght is cheap, but please beware, the weight is counted by size weight, not actual weight. When the calculation done, if the size is over 0.1kg, PLEASE BEWARE, this may because the warehouse count more to let your parcel exceed 0.1kg so that they can count addiotional chargers on it! When i ask they only reply with excuse wrong count. What if i didnt ask?! I believe already so many parcel they cheated on the volume weight! - the shioping time is always too longer than the expectation, and we cannot do anything cz customer service is always reply with the same excuse/word, "please wait patiently/请耐心等候". I always wish they can do better, but change to dissapointed more in this 3 years. Guys, dun because they promote thier lowest rate then you tot it is a good logistic, you can find a better logistic to secure your parcel when the price is only slightly more than RM3!

bloody terrible service! everytime i ship using this worthless company, my parcel was heavily damaged. it is very obvious it is their fault, the parcel wont be this bad if they provide a good handling practice. worst part is they always deny that it is their fault. guys, please avoid this company if you want to save your money. this is an example of a dishonest company. duit dah ambil, tapi hantar barang rosak. serupa macam penyamun umno.
