★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first started up, i was managing our accounts using excel which did not really give us a clear idea of where we were and how we were doing year to year.
I struggled when it was time to prepare our accounts for audit.
As our business grew I started having difficulties to manage our accounts on Excel and i knew i needed help or rather a solution, which would be an accounting software. i was sourcing around for one and couldn't make up my mind, that's when i reached out to a friend of mine in the same clinical field who recommended us to Dax and his team at MyConsult, upon meeting Dax and getting a presentation on the software, i was convinced it was what i needed, to have a system that was straight forward. Dax and his Team helped us set-up SQL Accounting Software. Dax personally showed and teached me how to use its functions to streamline a lot of the tedious day to day operations.
His knowledge, dedication and patience has taught and helped me to better understand How the system works.
We are now able to know how our business is doing with a click of a button and are able to spend more time doing what we do best, treating our patients.
i am so grateful for Dax and his Team at MyConsult for the services they provide.
