★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak telus dalam berjual beli.Semasa mula2 deal untuk buat insurance and cover note mereka beria ia memberi jaminan 100% yang nama saya dapat diletakkan sebagai pemandu kedua. Saya dengan sekali lagi meminta kepastian yang mereka boleh melakukan sedemikian, dua kali pertanyaan yang sama. Apabila bayaran dibuat rm1300, maka drama bermula. Setelah seminggu masih tiada jawapan malah mereka tidak cuba menghubungi saya. Kami terpaksa menelefon mereka berulang kali dan jawapan yang diterima menghampakan. Kami kena minta kelulusan dari HQ. Mengapa dari awal tidak dimaklumkn begitu. Saya boleh mencari Insuran agency yang jujur dan telus untuk memudahkan hidup kami. Kenapa perlu menunggu. Tiada kejujuran dalam berurus niaga. Adakah saya berhak melaporkan kepada tribunal pengguna kerana saya layak mendapatkan ajensi insuran yang lebih baik dan telus dari pihak lain. Malangnya, bayaran telah dibuat dan kami masih belum mendapat jawapan. Kerana agensi ini masih menunggu jawapan dari HQ.
Not transparent in buying and selling. At the start of the deal to make their insurance and cover note they give it a 100% guarantee that my name can be placed as a second driver. I again ask for the certainty that they can do so, twice the same question. When payment is made rm1300, the drama begins. After a week there was no answer but they did not try to contact me. We had to call them repeatedly and the answers were disappointing. We have to get approval from HQ. Why from the beginning it is not known. I can find an honest and transparent Insurance Agency to facilitate our lives. Why wait. There is no honesty in dealing. Am I entitled to report to the consumer tribunal as I am entitled to a better and transparent insurance entitlement from another party. Unfortunately, payments have been made and we have yet to get an answer. Because this agency is still waiting for an answer from HQ.
