★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 . before i went there , i called and ask if can print roadtax here or not , they respond YES , once i buy insurance and roadtax they said roadtax need to wait 1 day . and asking me to comeback tomorrow and collect or they send me via post . I come down here from PD just because they told me can print roadtax here so i dont have to rush jpj and queue for long but end up i travel twice from PD to SEREMBAN2 .
2 . I told them clearly to take roadtax for 1 year and paid for 1 year and end up buy for 6 month and giving false imformation about grab permit only valid for 6 month ( i checked with grab , valid for 1 year)
3 . I paid for 1 year , End up with 6 month roadtax and told me they will refund my balance money with 2/3 working days , until now no refund or no msg . I paid on 21/10 and today 28/10 .
Please be more responsible and professional , thanks
