★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejujurnya, staff MyEG Kuala Terengganu memang perangai buruk. Layanan langsung tak layak sebagai customer service.. saya kecewa sangat sangat. MyEG cap ayam. Staff muda ke tua sama je. Tolong la cari orang lain yang layak dengan customer service kat MyEG Kuala Terengganu ni.. kalau letih jadi customer service dan tak boleh layan kami dengan baik, lebih baik kerja dalam stor je kira fail fail yg lama.. Sekian.
To be honest, MyEG Kuala Terengganu staff is really bad. Direct service is not suitable as customer service .. I am very, very disappointed. MyEG cap ayam. Staff young to old are the same. Please find another person who is qualified with customer service at MyEG Kuala Terengganu .. if you are tired of customer service and can't serve us well, it's better to work in a store regardless of the old files .. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari 2016 sampai harini staff perangai memang teruk. Tak tau saya buat salah apa sampai staff nak layan lebih kurang sangat. Harini datang tiba tiba sistem rosak tak boleh buat lepastu layan aku nak taknak. Ingatlah jangan sebab benda ni gaji mu dok berkat, mu dok tau ke orang sakit hati dengan perbuatan kita tu berdosa? Esok lusa tunggu la dok kena di mu kena anak cucu mu. Mu nok cari nok mitok maaf gane dekat orang hok mu layan lebih kurang? bukan aku sorang je hok mu layan gitu. Ramai je aku baca tengok review mu buat benda sama. Last last esok lusa mati dah dok sempat mintak maaf dekat orang hok mu layan lebih kurang. Hidup ni setiap hari buat dosa sebab wi layanan teruk sek sek aku customer ni. Aku bayar nak buat test, duit tu dapat ke sekmu jugok wi anak mu makan. Berkat ke gaji mu? Halal ke anok mu makan? hahahaha goodluck all the best semoga jumpa di akhirat kelak. ?
