Kepada akak yg pakai tudung duduk kat kaunter tu, tolong lah hormat sikit customer. Orang nak bagi business tu kat awak. Tak professional langsung kerja tinggi suara kat orang. If u can't do ur job, just quit. Annoying tau tak.
To the kid wearing the lid on the counter, please be kind to the customer. People want your business. Not a professional at all working high voice people. If u can't do ur job, just quit. Annoying to know.

Saya ambil ujian statik di sini pada 4/4/19 pada jam 9:30 am hingga 10:30 am. Apa yang boleh saya katakan, customer service di sini sangat teruk. Seorang staff wanita Melayu bertudung biru tua suruh saya check nama di kertas yang disediakan. Belum sempat saya nak bagitahu yang nama saya mungkin tiada sebab saya baru daftar di Institut Memandu AMK pada pagi itu, staff ni memotong kata-kata saya dengan nada kuat, satu persatu dan tegas "Check. Nama. Dekat. Kertas!" Saya check, dan memang nama saya tak ada. Sekurang-kurangnya dengar penjelasan saya dahulu. Bukan lagan saya macam saya tak reti bahasa. Staff wanita Cina pulak tinggikan suara bila suruh saya scan thumb print. MYEG Kuantan, you guys kena repair thumb print machine korang. Belum pernah saya jumpa lagi machine yang tak ada lampu merah utk indicate yang kami pelanggan dah boleh mula letak jari utk scan. Stafff cina suruh saya letak jari. Saya confuse bila saya perlu letak jari sebab lampu merah tak menyala. TibaΒ² staff cina ni tinggi suara "Letak jari awak!" Saya letak jari dalam 5 saat, dia tanya pulak nombor telefon saya. Saya lelepask jari saya sebab pada fikiran saya, mesin dah selesai scan jari. Dia tinggikan lagi suara, kali ni lebih kuat. "Letak jari awak!". Lepas saya pandang dia dan jawab dengan nada tegas, barulah dia mula berlembut dengan saya. Mohon MYEG Kuantan perbaiki khidmat dari staffΒ² anda. Saya tahu kebanyakan yang datang ada alah orang muda utk ambil lesen, tapi tak perlulah layan orang macam tak ada maruah.
I took the static test here on 4/4/19 at 9:30 am to 10:30 am. All I can say is, the customer service here is very bad. A Malay lady staff told me to dark blue hooded check the name on the paper provided. Before I had time to tell you that my name may not be the reason I just registered at the AMK Driving Institute that morning, this staff cut my words in a loud tone, one by one and firmly "Check. Name. Close. Paper!" I checked, and indeed my name does not exist. At least listen to my explanation first. It's not like I don't know the language. The Chinese female staff raised their voices when they asked me to scan the thumb print. MYEG Kuantan, you guys have to repair your thumb print machine. I have never seen another machine that does not have a red light to indicate that our customers can start putting their fingers to scan. The Chinese staff told me to put my finger on it. I confuse when I have to put my finger because the red light is not on. Suddenly, the Chinese staff shouted "Put your finger on it!" I put my finger in 5 seconds, he asked me my phone number. I let go of my finger because in my mind, the machine has finished scanning the finger. He raised his voice again, this time louder. "Put your finger!". The last time I looked at him and answered in a firm tone, then he started to be gentle with me. Please MYEG Kuantan improve the service from your staffΒ². I know most of the people who come have allergies to young people to get a license, but there is no need to treat people like they have no dignity.

Staf yg kurus tu mmg ckp mcm ajak gaduh ke dgn cus kan blh ckp elok sikit staf yg badan comel tu juga stedy and papan angka giliran tu cuba ubah kan kedudukan bgi arah kerusi menungu ni hala pintu masuk bt apa kerusi depan je nampak klau ramai cus tak ke naya harap pihak atasan perbaiki masalah ni

Saya x tahu knape org kata servis pelanggan teruk. Akak tepi camera tu molek je same jgk dgn dua akak kat counter tu. Sya nk support rakyat malaysia dgn bg 1 star tpi lepas saya nampak air purifier kat counter tu sye bg rating tinggi sbb comel. Air purifier tu comel bukan akak2 tu.
I x know knape org said bad customer service. The camera edge is pretty much the same as the two faces at the counter. Sya nk support rakyat malaysia dgn bg 1 star tpi lepas saya nampak air purifier kat counter tu sye bg rating tinggi sbb comel. The water purifier is cute, not funny.

Staff sangat kerek, langsung takde perasaan hormat pada customer lagi lagi staff di kaunter masuk(perempuan kurus bertudung). Sangat biadap. Kalau malas nak kerja jangan kerja. Dari pemerhatian saya, langsung takde rasa ingin membantu untuk cakap atau tunjuk apa yang patut dari pihak staff. Overall servis dari staff sangat teruk. Okay itu je.
The staff is very grumpy, they don't have any respect for the customer anymore, the staff at the entrance counter (skinny woman with a headscarf). Very rude. If you are lazy to work, don't work. From my observation, I don't feel like helping to say or show what is appropriate from the staff. Overall service from the staff is very bad. Okay that's it.

Staff here are very polite,,and theyre instructions are very clear Not sure why people say that staff are rude,,i believe they may just be busy and have accidentally spoke a bit harshly Reminder to bring RM 10 if you are here to take your first computer (static) test.

Myeg staff is so rude here, did you guys didnt learn about customer service? Or you guys kutip je staff ni ambik tepi tepi jalan? You can just talk nicely to other people. Its not that hard. Please improve your service, all the staff is not friendly at all. AT ALL!! look how poor your management. Service tepi jalan lagi bagus dari you all. So dissapointed, shame on you guys ?
