β β β β β Don't sign up for their on-arrival covid test. Even though full payment and confirmation was made they didn't come to do the test so I had to find other methods to do the test within 24hrs which was the requirement back then. The reason for them not turning up even though I fully paid and confirmed the time online was apparentlh because I was not contactable on whatsapp... which is so dumb given I was in the middle of flying and they would have known as they had my flight details. 1.5 months later and the refund request is still processing. Slow, inefficient, AND expensive (RM120 for RTK, not even PCR) do your test somewhere else.
