★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is in the second floor, they have implemented a good social distancing. The waiting time is a bit longer because there's only one staff for registration & the other staff do the welcoming (temperature check, sanitizer spray, queue number). Overall, the computer test experience is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have great computer test experience. all staff are nice. i made mistakes (forgot to click the "keputusan" button to submit the test) but the staff didn't scolded at me (lol lucky me). the malay staff will make sure that candidates of diff races understand the instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the counter was very rude and was shouting at me. They could've spoke to me nicely in a proper way and ask for documents or guide us in a mature manner. They think shouting can solve problems. I was very uncomfortable so I made another schedule at another centre which is far away from my house. Very inconsiderate and straight up rude.

What’s the function of limiting the seating in the PC room while the waiting room is packed with close to 80 people with limited air circulation. I suggest to do live numbering system where people can wait outside or Kopitiam and fully aware of the current queuing number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst! Why do you need to get people to stand for half n hour outside end up we can just go inside and take the number. NO AIR CONDITIONING and we have to be seated for more than 2 hrs. How possibly u have “system issue” & u don’t have any alternative/backup even though u have been operated for many years. I understand that most of people here is below 18 y/o so they can treated them like school kids, but I can’t relate the needs to wear shoes (u are not going to answer the test using ur foot) & collar T-shirt just for the computer test & the system still ancient
The worst part is the lady at the counter (kedah lady) keep singing shouting at us to take out money/Ic and keep disturbing her colleague who busy attend the people. Where is the professionalism? She keep asking so many personal questions while her friend keep talking to the customers. She so free like nothing to do. Keep playing with her calender & phone but when people came to her counter, she pretended like she’s the most busy person on earth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sad, the lady at counter was very rude, not attentive, I stood in front of her, she still picked up phone and spoke in her language that I can't understand for 10 minutes+ like me is transparent. After put down phone, I asked her , she replied WAIT LAH. I need to ask her wait inside or wait out side, out side are so many people waiting and the line was not move abt 2 hours, wait for what? Later only we know the line up number machine is spoiled and she slow and steady giving out numbers manually. To wait for our number to be called and to go into exam room took time again. The exams actually only took about 15 minutes. Service here hope can be improved. Appointments time shall be given since need to follow SOP, rather than office operation time. Waited almost whole day, actually after 2pm is almost no more examinee. Formal wear, long pants, collar shirt, shoes.
