Paying extra service charges and cannot get road tax renewal immediately.
As i saw my friend beside that renew car insurance and road tax at the same time i visit, can get both immediately.
Then he gave me reason about lack of road tax paper.
So why my friend with buying car insurance and renew road tax, can get both immediately.
Customer visits to your shop's purpose is convenience but what a 'good' service and trouble people to visit 2nd time.
