Parking zones are quite unclear. The blending of shop lots and housing area needs proper and effective management where different zones are clearly marked. Also, signage of how to navigate should be made very clear upon entering the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having bad experience by using their apps to place order . And here have the worst management as well you know what ? They making mistake but customer is the one who need to call and follow up, head of operations Azlita she was laughing over the phone call. No apologies at all , how proud can be by delayed customer delivery order due to own system issues and even said that no cancellation? It been 2 hours we waiting for the foods and customer follow up closely with your team however your team was not able to revert. Moreover i WhatsApp her about the refund policy and details , she don’t even reply though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every set meal was super super salty. Otherwise portions are ok & plenty of side dishes given. Food was delivered half hour late but then I selected an earlier time slot in anticipation of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the boss aka Narcissistic Boss is the root of every problem. Working from 9 AM - 6 PM but can't go back home sharply at 6 PM, have to work overtime to show the Boss that you are a very hardworking employee. Management always puts the blame on others but not themselves, and doesn't even care about employees' healthcare & benefits - MCO period there is no work from home option for employees even the time the MITI letter is not yet approved by related government agency. Always hard sell monthly allowance free eating MDT but then following up with long due claims, they always use thousand of reasons to reject your claims even if you have resigned for more than a few months. The turnover rate is high, micromanagement and boring daily report have to do on a daily basis. All in all, terrible foods from terrible management from a terrible Boss.
