The taste of its Robokki is awful - too sticky and too sweet. If you are not a favour of such taste, this shop would never be your first choice.
Not just that, all the side dishes doesn’t taste good. It is either hard or tasteless, but credit shall goes to its Kimchi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I ordered my rabokki at myeondong topokki ipoh and it was good but the staff yesterday which is an Indian girl was very rude. After taking my order, instead of giving the change back like normal, she slammed the change back on the counter. I taught that was normal at first I didn’t want to make a scene. After receiving my food she rolled her eyes and gave my food with no thank you and nothing. If you tired I get it cause I’m also in the customer service line but why must you show your attitude when we the customers are purchasing the items?? I taught I was the only customer she did that but even with the rest of the customers as well. Please teach your staffs proper customer service manners.

Fast in ordering and preparing. But it also depends with how many customer they have. Keep in patience and you will get your food..

Becareful if you want to order the spicy chicken. We challenged it and find it super spicy. Try it at your own risk.
Spiciness aside, the place is clean, nice and service is good. The food is ready quick as well. By the way, this place is self-service.
Overall the pricing is also affordable type as you would expect in a mall. Recommended for people who wants a change from the traditional food options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came here on 6/5/22 at 12.30noon, was served by a lady with glasses at serving counter.
Given only 2 pieces of kimchi, 3 piece of long beans and small pieces of nut as a side dishes which was serve together with the main.
It's not acceptable when we paid for the whole set only to hear the staff saying "most people didn't finished, hence we serve this much".
When we asking for more on first, "telling us to refill for second only" in which you can only refill twice for that much of side dishes. I find it humorous because we paid. If you can't give the amount we paid, don't serve the side dishes and cut the price to a proper one. It's korean food.
And you don't have to ring the bell many times in second interval. It's not that we cannot hear you. It took us time to get up from chair, walk and stuff. We don't use rollerblade to walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. We ordered this dish but they forgot to put some salt. After I complained to the manager, she treated me well and repair the soup back. The workers are friendly too.
