★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minta management filter staff yang baik2 lah utk kerja dekat counter. Dah la disuruh tunggu baru boleh order sbb nak siapkan order lain. Itu tak apa ok je nak tunggu. Bila dia dah keluar eh eh sombongnya. Maaf pun tak ada, ckp pun jeling2. Mmg minta maaf lah nak makan sini. Rela cari tempat lain. Menyampah. Kerja tempat sejuk aje pun bukannya kerja bawah terik matahari. 2.30pm 16/1/2022.
 Ask for good filter management staff to work near the counter. He was told to wait before he could order so he could complete another order. That's okay, I'll wait. When he came out eh eh arrogant. I'm sorry it's not there, ckp is jeling2. I'm sorry I want to eat here. Willing to look elsewhere. Rubbish. Working in a cold place is not working under the scorching sun. 2.30pm 16/1/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time eating shaved ice dessert. This branch seems a bit smaller than most. Service was ok. Tried out their waffles and Mini Kakigori. Ordered Matcha and Oreo.
I loved the Matcha most out of the 3. My kids loved the oreo. Waffles were excellent. Crispy and soft. Good pairing with Mint Choc Ice Cream.
