Waited around 30minutes and still didnt received my order. In fact there weren't that many customer in the outlet at the time. (probably 2/3 customer before me)
Apparently they are short staff and entertaining foodpanda delivery much more than walk in customer.
Decided to asked for refund and make sure to express my feeling as politely as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comfort for lepaking, delicious dessert, and we can repeat to come again. staffes was good, but they seem tired, ok i understand, people that work in food industry really tired ,you know , cuz i feel the same way . by the way, nice cafe , recommended for everyone
