★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible office with unfriendly staff the easiest way for them is to say you have to wait even if you will wait for ever they don't care I applied for the card more than 2 months ago and I made the payment more than a month ago then they send a confirmation email that my card will be ready for collection in 5 working days now it's already one month and I didn't receive anything then when I visited the office they just simply say you have to wait 3 or 4 months to get your card and maybe more ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a college student and i came to this station just to make student card for lrt.By the time i reached the station,they say their registration is only available untill 4.00pm, but usually the working time is untill 5.00pm not 4.00pm..i can't believe how lazy they are..
Students usually have class till evening...they do not have time to come to this place which is quite far .

I've been waiting for a response for weeks and when I finally logged in to my rapidkl account, they're still verifying my application. Few hours later, I received a message saying my application was rejected. Please reflect on this issue and train staffs well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for the student card and then I waited to weeks to make the card payment. After I make the card payment I received an email saying after 5 working days your card will be ready and we will inform you for collection.
Now its second week I am not receiving any email. The offline services were much better because now its online but so many issues and its difficult to contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and it only take a while for me to take my concession card. The concession counter is not a problem, it is the online application system that have the problem. For those who are applying concession card, please do bear in mind that it will take 2 month for the card to be ready from the moment you first submit the application to the moment they sent you an email to said that your card are ready to be collected. That's the case for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at counter 1 trying to cheated my money. I top up my touch and go card there with value Rm 30 but at the end she only top up Rm 20 to me without giving me receipt. If I not realised I will be cheated by her !!! Be careful when top up at there and somehow want to charge Rm 0.50 for service tax.
Very terrible services that provided ! I had register my student concession card sinced one month ago but until now still not received yet. The staff only tell me that my application is still under reviewing. I am very unsatisfied because they need more than one month to review the card. If your team are not able to conduct or handle the student concession card via online, plz stop it and don't waste our time. Lastly, plz do not tell consumer to register concession card when you are not able to do well!! Very bad and slow services !
