Also olease do improve your online ticketing server, if you unable to handle such a big load of user online with your miniature server, then please don't accept such task, please don't wear a big hat when you have such a small head. And also you making a lot of fans being very frustrated with you poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy! Horrible! Terrible! I've never been so frustrated in my life! Tickets started selling at 12pm, clicked into website right on time, was put on queueing page. AND THEN ERROR 504 GATEWAY TIME OUT! It came up multiple times! Your lousy website can't handle huge traffic at all. For the whole day I couldn't get into the website to buy my tickets! What a lousy agent! Please close down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please upgrade/improve your online system which can sustain huge traffic at one go. We been buying tickets from your vendor by wasting most of our times waiting, refreshing the page and in the end get nothing. Time have definitely change, if you are not going to improve your system; trust me and I'll say this, someone will take over your business. Hopefully you will do something about it and be more responsible. and you guys are earning the ticket selling price too....can at least increase the bandwidth with the money u earned?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really horrible service. Purchased two tickets on their website, my card was charged but the payment gateway showed transaction failed.
Contacted them a few times on the first day and did not get any reply. When I finally got hold of a staff, she informed that my email was replied to which turned out to be a lie.
On the 2nd day, none of my calls nor my emails or text messages were answered. Its ridiculous considering we have no other options to purchase tickets from.
One week later, and I'm still getting the same excuse as before. "Sales team not available"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think their all email, contact line and sales hotline are decorations only. I tried to contact them, but they are no reply and no pick up. I just want to refund tickets due to the concert was canceled already. Why so hard? Very poor service!
