Bought a car from them during the pandemic, having agreed that they will make all arrangements for car inspection, name transfer, etc. and I've paid full price. However, the Sales Manager Mr. Alex Choi was incredibly terrible. He was sarcastic (he said wow you are such a big boss I had to make appointment for you to go jpj, he asked should he call the minister of transport to make appointment for me, and he also tells me not to say nonsense stuff) , he hung up my phone during phone call.
I understand the difficulty posed by the pandemic but this Mr. Alex is really unreasonably rude, irresponsible and unreliable.
Not to discourage but if you're considering buying from them, then expect a little something call attitude from them. I hope my review can actually help people who are considering their service.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! 0 star if possible.
