★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experiences here. I stumbled across this hair salon about a year ago and I have kept with Zex - my regular hair dresser - ever since. He has good skills in haircuts and cuts my family members’ (husband and kids) hair plus mine of course. I pretty much get all my hair needs sorted here. He is good at restoring damaged hair too as he will tell you what products are good to nourish your hair back to health. When I first went to this salon about a year ago, I had damaged hair as some new never-tried-before hairdressers permed and rebonded my hair badly in past 4 yrs. But my long hair looks healthy now thanks to this salon.
Zex has a pleasant personality, understands what it is you are looking for, great PR skills and he is quick at what he does. I am very pleased with the results. He doesn’t take short cuts in his work nor is he shoddy or careless with my hair. And I am highly particular with my hair. He has another colleague who is also very approachable and nice. Best part is they are not pushy at all (I can’t stand hairdressers who are). The pricing at this salon is fair and reasonable in the Johor market context. It has been difficult for me to find a hairdresser who is good and reliable in Johor, someone with good skills from rebonding to cutting, treatment and coloring. Also he doesn’t keep you waiting endlessly when appointments are fixed. He manages his bookings very well. I have tried 2 other hair salons so far in this area - sad to say those were not memorable experiences. This hair salon is the best one for me.
