โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service. Make appointments at 2pm and in chat say can come early 30 for free scan and consult. So I come 130pm on time. Suddenly tell me we are sorry 1pm until 2pm was our lunch hours. Why not tell in chat that ur lunch hours are 1pm until 2pm?? Then I keep waiting from 130pm until 2.22pm only call me go scan & consultant my face. After done treatment not even say thank you for customer just say done and you can go down. Will never come again. Waste my one hundred seventh nine ringgit.

โ โ โ โ โ Must follow the spa rules instead of client even u try hard to get there on time, but also arrived wif ur late of time, its consider CANCEL and no consideration AT ALL my dear. even 1st.time??.. yes, 1st time. They don't care. Atau in bahasa, ada dorg kesah??..They are very syariah compliance of time BUT instead of payment a bit TEL AVIV for refund. Booking Weeknd they said very limited, but how many times u try booking awl for Weeknd Pon u only try ur luck and wishing u a very GOOD LUCK.
Improve ur service lah kalau u rasa spa ni paling laku di KL.
