2. Beriani not cooked well, customer complaints
3. Food taste average, can get better else where
4. Environmental very noisy with Indian natanai song and other song, they think it's a pub house
5. Cleanliness is above average and good at the moment due to still new
6. Accommodation is okay, but no service customer wait time rnge from 20 min to 45 minutes
7. Their staff buzy doing thir own things, forgot about customer, hahahaha
8. Unnecessary rice big rice bowl at the entrance for decorating,
9. No go next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really I was wasted my money here. The food all are so cold. Very bad customer service. The worst chicken briyani taste and the briyani rice is not cooked well. Only the interior design is good. Restaurant owner please kindly look into your food and staff service. Otherwise you will loose customer. Because nearby your shop Seetharam serving good taste food.
Again I don't come back here and I won't recommend this Restaurant to anyone.

So it was our first visit. Restaurant was full and there was a long table reserved. I mean on peak hours u take reservations? So while waiting for us to get a seat the waiter finally gave us the reserved table. We did not insist on it but he said to be seated there.
We ordered the food. The waitress who took our order was really nice and gave us recommendations. Food arrived quite fast. I would say a good banana leaf meal indeed.
What took this experience down was. A big group of customers came in and instead of getting them to wait. The waiter gave them a table beside ours and and the remaining people stood around us. Mind you we were still eating. I was having my tea and kesari. And my husband was feeding my 10 month old baby. These people were literally blocking our air also! Hello this is COVID times!!!! Idiots! So we were yet to order some tea after our meals and my husband said Anne can I have 2 masala tea. The waiter literally told us kalau may minum saja pergi meja Sana. Ini orang mau makan. We were shocked! Excuse me! So what now, u make money and u kick Ur customers to accomodate new ones???? That to while my husband was still feeding my baby.
I will never recommend this restaurant till they get their services sorted! A big no. How good Ur food can be but if u can't be nice to Ur customers and can't organise your in and out flow of the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded place this in Little India Klang and very cluttered seating arrangement. Too hot inside and takes a very long time for banana leaf serving. Have to ask multiple times for our dishes needed. Food taste is also not great. The chicken biryani is still decent. May not visit this restaurant again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a review for this restaurant named Nachiyar on Google but I couldn’t find it. After talking to the waiter who took our order, this restaurant was recently renamed from Naatamai to Nachiyar with the same owner.
We got there around 8:15pm tonight. They still serve banana leaf rice and we decided to have just that. They have a wide varieties of dishes to order from. As you can see in the photos of what we ordered.
The service was good maybe because it wasn’t that busy that night. And the fish curry is to die for!
I would definitely come back again to try their other traditional Indian dishes. I am giving them 4-star because their side dishes for banana leaf rice is lesser than other similar eateries. They didn’t give us papadom and rassam.
Oh and btw, as flavorful as their food were tonight, I wasn’t thirsty at all after eating them.. meaning no use of msg in their food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klang branch.. Ordered food and waited for 1hr time just for this tosai. The tosai is crunchy like eating snacks !!! Very Poor customer service all the staff are taking to each other only not taking orders cook is very slow in making the foods. The cutteney and curry was cold like it was fresh frm the fridge. Totally waste of money
( they don’t give receipt as well ) IF YOU PLAN TO WASTE YOUR MONEY YOU MAY GO HERE ( KLANG BRANCH )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for lunch on Monday to the one in PJ.. .. Agongs Birthday... It was crowded. Despite the crowd we got a good corner and was served by an attentive staff. Ordered chicken briyani and mutton briyani. Mutton briyani was really good. They were generous with the mutton as well. So I enjoyed my meal.
Only setback... There were flies around. They must do something about tht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited during my work related travelling to KL. Located in a busy area where getting a parking can be little difficult. Tried for the first time. Me and my wife enjoyed our food. The waiters are very attentive and caters the need accordingly. One of the staff (im not sure waiter or owner) brought us extra chicken without even asked as she felt that the portion we received contain more bony parts. The sweet(Kesari) was just average and maybe there is room for improvement. Price is acceptable. When I am about to write the review noticed many previous reviews with low rating. I believe the management/owner has improved the service so much and deserve this rating from me. Hope the management continues with good service. Thank you.
