★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very lazy and rude (Kota bharu). Very weird SOP/procedure because if the fabric left only 3 quarter you have to buy all. You cannot buy 2 metres and also cannot buy 4 metres because not enough fabric. It is not our fault if the fabric left only 3 quarter. They are the one who cut the fabric. Also, they should make sure the fabric balance must be either 2metres or 4metres. Funny system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good but too many vechiles and difficult to park the car. The materials are all right but not for the upper level. The workers are nice and helpful. The shop opens 7 days a week and helpful for the small clothe traders to purchase the materials. Not much things to improve the shop because the site of the shop is already congested if you want to visit you can go in the evening,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff here. Lots of fabric can be found. Just need to ask or walk around. There is an upstairs too. We came here to get white cotton to be made into bedsheet for our homestay. They can cut it down to size for you. I'm not sure if they can sew any elastic bands for you though but you can find a variety of cloths here. Definitely good to check it out if you wanna make your own clothes or household items.
