★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claim to close at 9.15. Theres a few times i went there 930, and the 2 nice lady working there will gladly accept us as the customer. But there is 1 old lady who will always reject us whenenver we came around 830pm. Always. Saying that the service close at 8pm. Shes a lazy worker. Always came either 8 or 9, they will still accept me. But now they giving tons of excuses. Not worth coming here at all. Although the 2 lady was nice as hell. Disappointed. Truly disappointed. This is the 4th time they rejected us as a customer. Dont come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor ... i called at 12pm on 1/11/2021 to set appointment at 3pm . They said okay and ask for my handphone number . Sharp 3pm i went to the nail bar at metro kajang and one of the manicurist said that they haven't write down my handphone number and therefore they couldn't do the service . And ask me to leave the shop. I got so frustrated and showed my call log . And as they said no no we can't do the service for you because there is no handphone number written in they book.
Regret to visit they shop and such a poor way of approaching customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services! Got injured on my nails not once, but two times ? Firstly, at my little finger nail. The staff (I think the old one), polish my nails so hard, I stand the pain at first cos I thought it’s normal until blood came out. She just said sorry and laugh and told me I have soft skin! I still can accept that until my pedicure, once again my left toenail got injured when she trim it. Yknow what, she slumber polish it, it’s so painful I can’t sit calmly ? To add more on that, she even put more soap on that injured area, it’s soooo pedih where’s the common sense??? I keep moving my foot to tell her it’s painful no need to add more water to the pain area. This is my first time here, never did I have meni pedi with injuries before and would be my last too. I just want to give an honest review so they can improve and I don’t want others to get the same treatment as I was. But the staffs are friendly I must highlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are really unfriendly. I asked for remove gel polish only but their response doesn’t seems welcoming at all. Plus, need to purchase their so called “hygiene set” which is RM10. Not worth at all.
