Worst ever! At first told me gel removing is RM15 but when I was about to finish, the inform me it’s RM 40 (because mine is hard gel it’s harder to remove). Of course I wouldn’t do it at YOUR shop i’m told earlier that it’s RM 40 lol and they blame me for not telling them that it’s hard gel (excuse me i’m Just a customer how would I know what kind of gel is that, you have been doing mani and pedi for everyday and you can’t even notice it at first...) and my nail is done badly and cracked and it’s worst than before and they didn’t apply anything after removing the gel and it’s very damaging to my nails. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t recommend anyone to this shop.

The place is quite small and make sure you booked an appointment. Walks in was not accepted, not sure how their procedure now.

Such an unpleasant experience. I would like to recommend NO ONE to come here EVER. I was here when they had a Raya Promotion. 100+ for both manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure should've not worked here, in the first place. She was not only aggressive but also impolite. She did not say a word to me but only patting or should i say hitting my leg/calf when instructing me to move my leg up or down. When that happened, I was like okay there is no way that this person is going to touch me again. So i requested for someone else to do my manicure. At this point I was so ready to slap someone on the face, with a chair. I assume the boss was also working on that day because there was a lady who was controlling the crowd, calling names of next customers, instructing workers and etc. So i complained to her lah, thinking she might be concerned enough that a CUSTOMER is complaining that her employee is being rough, rude and doing her job poorly + recklessly. I was wrong guys. She nodded and that was that. So halfway through the manicure I was just holding my anger and thinking that okay all is well now. NOOOO guys. Manicure was even worse. These people really want me to leave without nails at all is it? They did not bother to even look at what they're doing and wow the result? I should've let my neighbor's cat do my nails for raya. They were unapologetic-ally rough!!!! Why do nails when you wanna be rough and rude and just brutal!!! Go join the WWE or something?! When i finally had to pay, the 'boss-lady' whom i complained to earlier, was also the cashier. I told her "Your service is very bad, your employees are very rough and not gentle at all and I cannot believe I am paying RM100+ for this" - said in the most civil manner. You know what she did? She did not say a word after that and proceed with taking my card and swiping it WITH a face that I would like to kindly slap. She made a face guys. A somewhat angry and menyampah face. Like??????? wow the audacity. Right before passing me the receipt, she said "sorry ah and thank u" damn, if you love your nails and self enough please dont EVER come here. and the owner, if you're reading this i just want my money back thanks. ps: you dont deserve a star, i just had to put 1 to post this.

Usually I do my nails at the Medan Idaman branch and the service was good. But since it was closed, I did mine here. And the service was bad. There are only 2 customers during my session including me and the staffs were talking very loudly. I came here to do my nails and relax but I feel like I was at some dodgy nail bar at the pasar malam. Then, the lady who attended me was a bit rude. Keep telling how my feet was not okay. Yea I know that’s why I came to you. That’s the reason right? Not to waste my money for nothing right? I do not need your unsolicited reviews about it. The lady also shaped my feet roughly that one of my nail, the skin near the nail was wounded. It was a small wounded but it did hurt. But she didn’t say sorry or anything. Just continue her work like nothing happened. Remember when I mentioned about how there were talking very loud? This time it just gets worse. I have to sit at the table to do my nails and all the staffs who attended and also not attended, all gathered at the table and talk like the customer wasn’t there at all. Staff etiquette ❌ It was so loud I was counting the minutes I can walked out of that shop. The outcome of the work, my nails look better but not shiny. Pls train your staffs not to talk like you’re at your own house. This is a workplace, not some gossip bar. Paid 80 MYR for that.

I've been doing my nails for hands and feet here since I was in university which was 4 years ago. Still go to them, even brought my mom once to introduce her. So fa, quite satisfied and will go again. So sorry to hear abt other's experience though.

To be honest i am very disappointed because they did my nails in rush because there is another customer to attend. I’ve been to many places before and i never experienced such things .Did french nails and they left my nails with green spot idk. Not to forget i did paid premium cause they offered me the scrub thingy but tbh i would rather do it at home . Never thought it would be this bad. Regret !

Did my classic pedicure + treatment here & left feeling unsatisfied. Paid premium but was given the services of an “express” pedicure. The staff pretty much didn’t say a word to me, let alone a “Miss, we are done. Thank you”. She left me hanging in the end lol. I had to ask her if we were done cos the whole thing was so quick ~25mins. I once came before covid came into the picture. Although the staff was rough (had a few nail bleeds), I didn’t complain as I didn’t wanna make a fuss. But second time around, two years later, the service was still not up to par. Told my friend about this experience, and she shared the same feelings too! I am not coming back to this nail spa for sure.
