β β β β β I made appointment and went there. they ask a kakak help me do manicure which Iβm not sure is it an usual thing Over here . She will keep asking if the design is okay which is good for me
But The art work is not neat as Thereβs gel over my finger (out of my nail range)

β β β β β They hired new manicurists and she is the worst on earth. I gave my hands and legs for her to design but ended up creating a big mess and bubbles.When complained, she said thanks for feedback, thats all. Imagine being years of their customer and get this back. Im not going there again.

β β β β β Randomly found this in Google and wanted to try. Recommended place to have manipedi at affordable price compared to other nail parlours around bukit tinggi and botanic. Best is to make an appointment first. Expect some delays in fixing appointments. It took me 2 days to get the appointment. But, satisfied with the service provided. Friendly staff and manipedi is neatly done compared to other places.

β β β β β The girl on the phone I make an appointment with was friendly and nice. But Iβm not satisfied with the service. 1st the staff talking to each other abit loud and gossip customer during service . 2nd they have 2 staff for me , one do mani another one do pedi. The mani one was fine abit rushing and sheβs cut my finger skin. The pedi one also rushing and make a little mess on one of my foot finger.

β β β β β Service was extremely bad. They take too many customers that they do work rushingly. Fixed appointment at 2pm and they did pedicure for me ard 2.45pm. Then what is the purpose of fixing appointment? One of the staff was very rude to me. I will not recommend this place to anyone if you need to relax and do your pedicure.
