★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrifying. Had my worst experience of pedicure and manicure at this place. Came here with my my mum and my sister, and all three of us experienced the same rough, half-hearted service by 4 different staff (two who did mani and pedi for me, 2 who did pedi for the two of them).
A few of my fingers and toes bled because the staff were so rough when cutting and filing my nails/cuticles. All of them hurt for 2 days l, and even more so when in contact with water.
The staff were also rude when providing service. One of them asked us which fragrance we’d like to have for the foot soak, but another one proceeded to comment that it’s free so it doesn’t matter. Now I suppose the reputation of your shop doesn’t matter as well, does it?What on earth are you guys rushing for? And you guys still had the guts to ask if we would like to sign up for membership. Such audacity.
Pictures provided were taken two days after the visit. Polish chips off easily. The transparent coating is already half gone.
Never coming back.

The staffs are racist it seems. At first I didn’t realise it but they were actually racist.
I did both manicure and pedicure and had the worst experience. Please don’t go to this shop. Let them close it.
There were three Chinese girls. Please don’t hire people like this. Such a racist. I wonder if they actually have basic manners.
The manicure spoiled just after I come out from the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has got to be one of the worst mani pedi spa I’ve visited. This was my second time so I was able to confirm my disappointment.
Two nail techs attended to me, the thin one was rude and unapologetic, she was extremely rough, picking my cuticle like nobody’s business, even after I specifically said that it was PAINFUL. No sorry, nothing.
She then finished off with applying lotion to my forearms but only on the dorsal part, the bottom part was strategically missed, I’m sure deliberately.
Will I return? A definite NO
Will I recommend? Only if you don’t value your nails and cuticles, and oh yeah money.
