★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At my index finger there was a little bit injured because the nail stylist buff quite hard and it felt sting while she do buffing but i was too shy to tell her and of course its my fault bcs I suppose to tell her if my finger is in pain but u know the end result was very boom! Likewise said "beauty is pain" right. But its very worth it bcs my nail very spectacular ? Definitely gonna repeat but please don't be to harsh with my finger okay!

Choose or fix a manicurist for the service i always went for. So far... Few of the Chinese manicurist quik ok. Just gnam the style for the work they done for either manicure / pedicure / gel or normal. Is just that don't expect there is much message and sometimes, some of manicurist will clean up with warm towel, some don't during finish of the manicure or pedicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, extremely long waiting time,come only if you are willing to STAND OUTSIDE for 3 hours! Ridiculous. And its true they are rude and talk among themselves as thought we dont understand. If only the lady who does threading can work elsewhere too, definitely wont step foot here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad management as their threading and waxing service is done by only one person. Threading can be done in few minutes while waxing can be hours, so even they now have a numbered system if the person in front of you is doing waxing,u need to wait for hours just to get a few minutes thing done. Problem is the staffs don't even know how long each customer takes and keep asking u to come back again after xx minutes. Even if u have a number and only 2 in front of you, it might take hours if the front 2 is doing waxing, imagine if there's 10 in front? Hope they can do something about it, perhaps appointment for waxing and walk in for threading, at least set some expectations for the customers waiting. So when customers call up, the staffs knows how many waxing customer, rather than we go there only to know there are few customers doing waxing in front. Such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going here for years. Treatment is great as they pay attention to details. However, management is lousy. Called for an appointment, showed up only to wait for more than an hour?!!! And nobody cared to say anything while I wait. When I decided to leave, only then they decided to entertain me. Why do I need to give attitude to be entertained?!!!
