โ โ โ โ โ I never have complained about any service in my life. But I am really hate your service. All of your staff are so rude. How come you are doing business like this? I was happy when i found your shop but at last it was a beginning of disaster. Your staff were totally unskillful as well. How come these gems were taken away in a day? Good luck for your business. ( If you consider to visit this shop, just forget about it. You will regret for sure.)

Not good. Staff very bad and are not able to communicate properly in English. They give annoyed face all the time eventhough I'm nice to them and try to make conversations with them.
Nail designs not same as what I asked for and different. If cannot do simple design please tell me next time so I don't waste my money and walk out from your salon with ugly looking nails. They dont know how to cut nail properly too. The shape is not proportional. Bad bad bad bad bad

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. The Thai staffs are very rude and not friendly. You can tell that from their bad attitude that they won't do their work properly. They charge higher prices than promised. Extensions don't last and will fall off within few days.
Eventhough their services are cheap, you'll get what you paid for (horrible service and work done). Would not recommend this place at all. Dont bother wasting your time there.

โ โ โ โ โ Last minute search for manicure ?? gel type so text them late Friday evening but all fully booked till 30/12. Surprisingly next day the staff still remember me and informed me that there have a slot 5pm due to customer canโt make it . They want me replied WhatsAppโs by below confirmation ( to avoid any dispute) & this is more professional I think after some customers complain I saw in google comments. โYour Beauty is Our Happinessโ . I always a good customer arrived early 454pm waited till 5.08pm as the previous customer yet complete her manicure. Overall experience is good . There have 3 staff all from Thailand and keep taking ? to each other & laughing ? only 2 can understand English proper . What you pay is what you get if you expected high class pedicure manicure Center but not here , well I satisfied with my ?? Outcome rm38 where else can find outside ???

โ โ โ โ โ THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD! Don't bother coming here!
My extensions fell off after 3 days and then 1 week and overall, only lasted for 2 weeks even with proper care.
Unfortunately, I encountered very bad service and work done by them. The nail technicians are Thai. Lucky for me, they did not know that I could understand Thai and through the whole session, the nail tech was complaining about their customers being picky and how they dont like certain customers. The customer was just choosing her nail colour cause the design she wanted was not available.
My nail tech was complaining about me to another Thai nail tech and also said she was going to charge me extra even after calling her boss to confirm the price to charge me since I bought my own polish and nail art. She gave me a blackface and rude tone whenever I tried to talk to her and be friendly to her. I sat through the whole process listening to all the rude things she said about me and responded back in Thai before I left.
The next day, they contacted me and BLAMED ME for their mistakes, did not apologise sincerely and then proceeded to blocking me.
Eventhough their service is cheap, mind you that they might charge higher prices than promised. You can find other nail salons with the similar price and WAY better services. Girls, don't waste your time there.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing experience, the person who did my nails was fun & delicate. She took her time with patience and care. It has been a week + my nails are still healthy, regardless of the heavy duty work im doing now, the colour did not even peel off. For all the manicures I've gone for, this is BY FAR THE BEST !

โ โ โ โ โ It has been 5 days since I did my nails and till today my nails are still sturdy and are still intact regardless of the many errands I have been doing.
Theyโre very professional in their work. I believe theyโre really underrated. Do check them out as they have variety of colours to choose from, especially their glitter ones.
