★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst nail salons I've ever been. Paid for full classic gel manicure but the actual execution was like an express gel manicure. Had to sit in a very makeshift way on the sofa. The nail technician constantly couldn't find her tools. All these can be forgiven if the actual work was good but that's the worst part of the experience. No dehydrator was used prior to the base coat. No wiping off of sticky excess after curing base coat and top coat. The nail polish was unevenly applied especially along the edges of the cuticles, causing parts to lift the very day I did the manicure. The thing that took the cake was this: halfway through the 2nd coat of polish, the technician filed all my nails again (why??). SHE DID NOT WIPE AWAY THE POWDERY NAILS AND PUT ANOTHER COAT OF POLISH OVER ALL THE POWDER ON MY NAILS!!! This caused the smooth gel manicure to end up with UGLY UNPROFESSIONAL bumps all over the nail when it cured!!! Omg. It is absolutely the worst. I felt so ripped off paying RM75 for this atrocious work when other nail palours in Sutera charged LESS for more stellar work! Nails Room sutera mall -- never never never ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Less than a week after getting my nails done the entire gelish coat came right off.
>>>The whole point of getting gelish was for its hardiness and ability to last long which clearly isn't the case.
- The coats for both my fingernails and toenails were not applied evenly.
- I had to file my own nails because the nail technician missed out all the corners. I didn't pay to do my own nails at this place.
- The nail technicians also told another lady and me that we had fungus in our toenails. I don't think that lady did.
>>> I had a simple bruise on my toenail... I don't think it's a great idea to spread misinformation.
- Don't go there because I certain am not.
