Instead of making it easier for your customers, you made it HELL..! We were hungry but your stupid ordering system and ordering apps were totally useless, not to mention the slow WiFi.
Why can't you just take orders like before.. after 26years of frequenting you, I say SAYONARA.. bad bad bad customer experience..

We came and order before 1pm.
EVEN PAID FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY!
AFTER 40MINUTES, THEY TOLD US THEY FORGOT TO PLACE OUR ORDER.

guys, if you wait for 10minutes, they dont serve you drinks, you go ketuk kepala manager outlet ni.
Diorang tak key in your orders.
Please la ada seorang kat floor tengok makanan dah sampai ke belum. Tak perlu semua kat kitchen.

?Quarter chicken with 2 sides (Chargrilled vege & chips)
?The Greatest Chicken Meal inc drink, 2 sides (salad & chips) and Peri2 Soup.

β€οΈNo complaint for food because the quality always good
?I hope this outlet can add more staffs..customer can see clearly how busy they are because they are short handed.

β β β β β Poor customer service. Poor communication system. Yesterday I went nandoβs with family. I order the food via their online system. At the system I tick pay at cashier. We waited 1 hour for food they but didnβt serve. Then one waitress come to told us pay first, then only we will serve foods. We wonβt run away without paying your money. What poor the system didnβt mention pay first, then only provide food.
After ate the food, my son unable finish the juice. We are ask them want packing the balance juice. They said canβt do. We will regret went the restaurant.
Everything canβt do.

ordered 1/2 chicken plain and it was grilled to perfection.
The mushroom side dish is my fave but portion at this outlet somehow smaller than the other outlets iβve ordered from.
Service: Thankfully service was fast and good this time around.
Nice and spacious outlet.
