Last night, we accidentally ordered self-picked up from Grab where we intended to choose Delivery, we called Nandos this morning, and they're able to replace our food and insert it in the new food we ordered today! Really big thanks to everyone at Nandos Gamuda walk <3 <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on a Sunday for dinner 20th March- peak time
Was pleasantly surprised by the two waitresses,who went about doing their chores- clearing n cleaning tables, serving customers drinks n orders speedily n without fuss.
Not once did I catch the two chit chatting away like in other establishments.
Bravo and keep up the good work.
Ps-also notice that 1 of them readily assisted an elderly couple to pack their unfinished order with a smiling face. Management shd be proud n happy with this two in the team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service honestly. Waited 30+ mins for the tofu stick appetizer, whereas main course all served. Secondly, we had to request to be seated, even though there were slightly bigger tables available. ☹️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ services is damn bad at this outlet ordered made 20 minutes via scan app but no one came to confirm the order. So customers can sit at the restaurant for a whole day without ordering. Please bring your laptops to sit here for free. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service very poor. Placed order via the qr code provided and checkout with “pay at counter”. After waited for more than 10 mins, asked the staff about our meal. Then only realize we need to pay first then only they serve the food. Staff also did not bother when seeing our food not serve for quite sometime. So please do pay for your meal first if you clicked “pay at counter”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s happened to Nando’s? No more printed menu. Scanned QR code tried to order 1/4 chicken but none in the menu. Waitress tried doing something on her device asked us to retry, didn’t work after several tries. Had to order at the counter. Asked for warm water was told machine broken down. Had to get all cutlery ourselves and the quarter chicken looked rather sad for the price…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this restaurant I order Nando’s from this branch thru grab food delivery they did not deliver the food properly! There is no sauce or seasoning on the chicken. Then the peri peri fries and wedges no peri peri seasoning, the grill vegetables not grilled or cooked there was so sauce given also for the chicken when I called to complain they made excuse manager not around and pretended they can’t hear me to avoid listening to my complaints and talking to me!!! Do not ever order any food from this restaurant!!! Not worth paying the money!!! Worst ever!!
