โ โ โ โ โ Service was good with friendly and competent staff. Ordered smokey combo for 4 persons with 4 sides and 4 drinks. Even the most spicy peri sauce was still quite manageable.

โ โ โ โ โ VERY BAD SERVICE received by the staff of this branch,
Due to pandemic I started to order nandos from this branch using grab a lot. Previously we can leave a note for the order, so that we can request for extra chili (I usually order half or whole chicken) which they normally only put a few tiny pack of chili, with request they sometimes.... lazy to write full.
-with request sometime they give more in a container
-later on grab cant leave note
-i order no chili
-i purposely go buy and ask for chili (got a lot) happy
-staff told no need purposely to buy for chili can still call them after order to request
-first time try , want xtra hot give me mild (1SMALL HALF cup for half chicken)
-today order half chicken, want xtrahot they say got only mild, then i ask if they can give a little with the cup. they say no more cup. (the voice from the staff is like 'lazy to layan you'. if got i give you la, if dont have i also dont know la.
IF YOU CANT DO WHAT YOU SAY, YOU BETTER DONT SAY MUCH
I RATHER PURPOSELY GO TO BUY, AT LEAST THE CHILI IS ENOUGH TO EAT HAPPYLY. (NANDOS SOUL IS THE CHILI FOR ME) IF NOT IT WILL BE NORMAL GRILL CHICKEN BY THE ROADSIDE
I'LL STILL SUPPORT NANDOS, THIS REVIEW IS MAINLY FOR THIS BRANCH STAFF. ACT LIKE FRIENDLY WHEN BUYING ON THE SPOT, BUT TELLING WHAT YOU CANT EVEN DO.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Saturday and It's peak hour but have to wait for chicken for 30minutes. Shop not even full house. Just half. Asked for Wrap, they said vegetables stock are not available, so wrap is currently couldn't make it. ???
I was otw to puchong from kluang, exit to seremban toll just to eat nandos which are my favourites. Time 13.46. waiting for more then 45 minutes ?...

โ โ โ โ โ Nandoโs chicken was my comfort food when I had a short visit at Seremban. Service here is very good, staff are polite. I also liked the different sauces you can choose from.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered from grab. Chicken wrap taste bad and charged way too expensive. Also the periperi fries taste like just normal fries without any periperi on it. Garlic bread had so little garlic and it is burnt. Even the Portuguese tart taste like leftover with microwave. Only thing good is the chicken tender. Would never purchase again.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered grab from here and the food was prepared promptly, cooked and packed well. The chicken liver came with lots of gravy for the bread and they remembered to give sauces too. Would appreciate if there was more than one piece of serviette but overall it was fine and enjoyable delivery dinner.
