★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today around 1330pm I call up customer service, lady whom attend my call so rude and she don't understand what really her customer asking.The issue is my husband call on last Monday asked for appointment for repair my new display set in Subaru car with customer service staff, she said can walk in anytime on Wednesday no need to take appointment, we granted her word and walk in today around 1230pm and said technician not around dont know when will come back. Ask us to come back after 2 pm, we quite surprised with her answer because we came down from Singapore, since we have technician contact no. we call him up n his reply I only can call once he done with his work. It totally dosent make sense for us like we are owing you guys something and waiting for nothing, in first place given wrong info that can walk in anytime, 2nd the lady customer service very very rude and asking why didn't call before come and want us to left display set, working in customer service and answering in rude manner and she hang my call when I still online. We very very unhappy with this type customer service staffs.
