We were given a thorough explanation on our facial skin condition and what we should do to give our facial skin protection step by step. I have never understood the importance of facial skin care until today. The business premises are well & tidy and the staff are friendly and professional in every aspect. Thank you NARQES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As it's strategically located in the heart of Wangsa Melawati, I always took a glance everytime i passed by and wonder what do Narqes really has to offer. Already heard about their pharmacist turned founder and that alone already gave some nice initial impressions. My first experience turned out to be great, started with the skin scanning by the duo of awesomeness; the machine and the consultant, who gave me deep insight about my own skin. The massage and facial spa were also great. Didnt miss the chance to grab their greatly discounted promo raya and starter kit while the consultant Ms Hazira gave me good space to think of my own budget and needs, really appreciate the no-pushy-genuine-advice that we consumer rarely get. Looking forward to a year long new relationship ahead with Narqes.

Manager Ira provides all the info needed and she suggests what’s best based on skin condition and budget. The beauty consultant is also knowledgable and answers well on my areas of concerns. No overpromise. No over promoting. Only one downside, it’s quite challenging to get parking space around this area.
