★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome food (limited though). Nasi dagang enthusiasts should come here & try it. The view that you have while having your breakfast is just priceless. Avoid weekends if possible as it's bound to be packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dekicuous breakfast, with variety of Malay breakfast dishes. Not just Nasi Dagang (by the way, taste quite similar to Pahang variqnt of Nasi Dagang). Choice of fish gulai, chicken gulai ir fried chicken. Good assortment of other traditional kuehs. And local beverages too (when we were there, the island was out of sweetened milk, so all beverages are not with milk). Situated besides a bendang (paddy field) with many usual reared animals around like kampong chickens, ducks and buffaloes. Not forgetting the cats too. Cool ambience, cool food. Balik terus tidoq sat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is crowded as soon as they open but you know what? The food is MARVELLOUS! The best nasi dagang in the island! Worth the hype guys! If you lucky you'll get to eat by the paddy field side with a breathtaking view! Pak malau is nice and friendly too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must go place for breakfast!?. Nasi dagang is the star of the menu with the view and the kampung mood. The Nasi Dagang ikan and ayam gulai was delicious. We ate at the pondok nearby the paddy fields.This is nice and unique place. We will back again.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to come here to experience the so called viral and must visit restaurant in Langkawi. The Nasi dagang itself is a bit pricey compared to the portion they offered. The variety of food are plenty. There even has a numerous of traditional kuih that you can choose from. The ambiance is very peaceful but it gets too crowded and packed during weekend and public holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please come early if you wish to avoid the hot weather. The place is really authentic. You can choose to sit inside or outside.
Best nasi dagang in langkawi. I like their ayam rempah, it is so crispy outside and the meat inside is tender. The person sitting at the cashier is Pak Malau, he is a very funny old man. He even play magic with us when we pay the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those days before social media existed, this place was a small exotic hut. Now its turned into a major tourist attraction, place has shifted nextdoor due to space. But still retains its authenticity. Food tastes just like the good ol days. But i still.prefer the old hut settings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spot is very popular to locals. Impossible to get there if you don’t have a local friend shows you.
In the middle of nowhere(i mean not near any tourist attractions), a long queue in front of the shop.
If you are luck,you could get a spot to have a nice view of the rice field inside a cottage.Only a few cottages available.
The food is very simple,you could choose the rice,main(chicken,beef,lamb),dessert on the buffet trays. Pick what you wanna eat and pay at the counter when you finish the meal.
After enjoying your food,you could take some nice photos over a large green rice field.
